1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes!
All account
information submitted to us is kept confidential and secure.
2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of New York State. We do not collect
sales tax for any other state or sovereign country.
3. How can I pay for my order?
We accept
Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money
orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been

4. How much will my shipping charges be?
Before
placing your order you will be provided with
the total cost of goods, shipping, as well as sales taxes (if applicable).
Domestic Shipping is provided through FedEx and UPS. International Shipping is provided via UPS Standard to Canada, UPS WorldWide Express, UPS WorldWide Expedited, and the United States Postal Service.
5. What if I need to return my order?
All
products that are "Custom Ordered" are not returnable.
Thus, it is incumbent upon you to verify your measurements before placing an
order. Stock items may be returned to us in their original condition for a refund or credit within 30
days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our
error. Products must be returned in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be
deducted if the merchandise, documentation or packing material has been damaged or is not
resellable as new. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using
a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money
order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

authorization number (RMA) to track your return. Please mark the RMA number on the
outside of the box, this will insure that you receive credit for your return. For
your protection, we suggest using UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for shipping to
us.
6. What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically
(domestic orders only). For international orders, we will e-mail you the missing items
to confirm the balance of your order.
7. How do I track my order?
During
the Ordering Process you will be e-Mailed confirmation of your order with the
FedEx or UPS Tracking Number clearly displayed.
8. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes! We accept Purchase Orders from federal, state, and local governments. In addition, we accept
MasterCard and Visa.
9. Does your company provide Upholstery Services & Window Treatment Installations?
Yes! Since 1932 we have been providing Upholstery Services & Window Treatment Installations within the Rochester, New York area.

10. Do you ship
furniture nationwide?
No! At this time we only ship to
Upstate New York locations. However, we ship upholstery fabric and window
treatments worldwide via UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service.
